Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
1. What is ADR?
Under Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, consumers have the right to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities to settle consumer disputes out of court, free of charge or at low cost, and faster than judicial proceedings.
