1. Availability of the Complaints Book
In compliance with Decree-Law No. 74/2017 of June 21, PromoPing makes the Complaints Book available to users and customers in electronic format.

2. How to Submit a Complaint
- Visit the official portal at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
- Select the "Submit Complaint" option.
- Identify the company being reported as PromoPing (Tax ID 307687848).
- Describe the facts that led to the complaint and submit the form.
The complaint is automatically sent to the competent regulatory authority and to the company, which has a legal deadline of 15 business days to respond.
