1. Availability of the Complaints Book

In compliance with Decree-Law No. 74/2017 of June 21, PromoPing makes the Complaints Book available to users and customers in electronic format.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

  1. Visit the official portal at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
  2. Select the "Submit Complaint" option.
  3. Identify the company being reported as PromoPing (Tax ID 307687848).
  4. Describe the facts that led to the complaint and submit the form.

The complaint is automatically sent to the competent regulatory authority and to the company, which has a legal deadline of 15 business days to respond.
